A Page Three girl is a female who models for topless photographs that are printed in newspapers, specifically Page 3 of the British tabloid The Sun. The models are characterised usually by being physically relatively smaller than fashion models (usually they're less than 5 1/2 feet tall), which has the effect of enlarging the appearance of their breasts.
