Parts of speech are: Verb, Noun, Pronoun, Adjective, adverb, preposition, conjunction and interjection.

In order to search a part of speech in a dictionary, determine what you would like to search and then look it up.

For eg:

Neighbour-- is a noun. You can find "neighbhour" in the dictionary.

Hope this helps!
