[Grammar] passive voice

I'd like to know why sometimes the maker of passive voice sentence omit (a helping verb?) ex: The jungle girl found. In my opinion it must be The jungle girl (is/was/has been) found. why is it like that? In what condition can i omit (not using them)?

"The jungle girl found" is not a full sentence, either in active or passive voice. Can you give us the context, or the passage where you found this sentence? It makes no sense.

You could see 'Jungle girl found' in a headline, but it wouldn't work as a sentence.
