I have just read the following question in my colleague´s power point presentation: How many datasheets are being approved every month??
Please, is it correct to combine are being and every month???

We are talking about this month, next month and forward so it is correct to use "being" for a continuing activity.

We are also talking about individual months so the use of "every" is also correct.

This is just something that's possible in English, since we use the present progressive often where other languages only use the simple present.

"How many people are turning up [turn up] to your weekly classes?"
"How many people are actually buying this rubbish you're selling?" = "How many people actually buy this rubbish you sell?".
