Smokey took money from Unconscious Deebo who once steal money from Smokey. Then he said this words to Deebo:

Give me my goddamn money. Payback's a motherfu*ker, ain't it, nig*er?

Specifically, being the recipient of revenge; being paid back for your past bad deeds.

A similar variant is:

Payback's a b*tch, ain't it?

You may also see 'karma' substituted for 'payback' in either of the variants.

Note also that "ain't" is often considered non-standard for "isn't", although it is very commonly used.
