Hi,
Are the sentences below correct?

Perhaps because my younger sister is really fun and enjoyable to be with and we share common interest and ideas are the reasons that/why I decided to go with them to the trip.

Both were too wordy and tangled.

The second one doesn't make sense. She'd accompany you because YOU are fun and enjoyable, not because SHE is!

You could also say:

Does the sentence above mean "She planned the trip ans asked me to accompany her"?
How about if I asked her to accompany me because she is really fun to be with?

No, not necessarily. You could have asked her if she would take you with her.

That's up to you.

That's two different scenarios. In one case, she is going somewhere, and you are (possibly) going with her. In the other case, it's the other way around.
