Are the following sentences acceptable?

1. Through/By copious club activities and curriculums to prevent against cyber addiction.
2. Assist/Help students to be self-conscious of the influence of overusing Internet.
3. Carry out peripheral education, and build up the crisis management alert system of victims of cyber addiction.

These are not sentences. They each need a main verb.

Also, we don't "prevent against" things. We "prevent" things from happening. We "guard against" things happening.
