In scientific papers scientists ususally employ the construction:

...analysis of variace indicated...

...this findings evidence...

...these results suggest....

These are examples of personification of innanimated results. Is it a good english or we should avoid it?

Yes, this reporting method can be used, especially in science where you often will be using the words "findings, evidence, and analysis."
