I am wondering if my sentence is grammatically correct. "Mincer" is BrE for "meat grinder".

Peter caught his teenage son smoking and drinking, and told him if he ever caught him again, he would squeeze him through the mincer and make sausages out of him.

Consider using "if he did it again" instead of "if he ever caught him again."
