phonology and phonetics

I'm making a research about phonology and phonetics .Its title is Phonological Theory and Language Teaching and it includes(as subtitles) Phonology and Phonetics , Which theory ; segmental phonology - suprasegmental phonology . I don't know how to start or what points are necessary to explain.For example should I mention all details such as articulatory phonetics or acoustic phon.?
NOTE: I will present this work nearly in 2 hours .
