Are all of these correct?

If you want, the Grand hotel is the place to stay at/in.


If you want, the Grand hotel is the place to stay.


This city is an interesting place to live in.


This city is an interesting place to live .

Capitalise 'Hotel' when it is part of a name.

They are all acceptable, though I would not say the third. There is no phrasal verb in those sentences, simply a verb and a preposition in the first and third.
But we always say: " I live in a cit/town/country.." we don't say : "I live city."
