Hello

Would you help me to understand the following phrases?

#1 Here it it.
#2 Here you are.
#3 Here you go.

#4 Here we are.

I suppose you use #1～3 when you give someone something. (Is that right? )
Do you use them in the same way? Or differently?

Besides that I don't understand how you use #4 well. I'll be happy if I get some examples.

#1 should be 'ít is', but they are all used when giving. However, 'the third wouldn't be used in all situations- a shop assistant is unlikely to say it to a cusrtomer when handing change, say.

#4 is used when arriving somewhere.
