I've never seen the word "pigling" used. They are "piglets."

A 'suckling pig' is usually used in culinary contexts to refer to a pig harvested while still weaning for its tender flesh. The idea is similar to the difference between 'veal' and 'beef' in cattle.

A 'piglet' could refer to one which is weaned or unweaned. 'Weaners' are the weaned pigs ready to be fattened out with solid food, where they one day may become 'weiners'. ;-)

Piglet is the usage that I consider standard too. But my wife, a native speaker born and raised in India, always says pigling. Many online dictionaries recognize pigling, so I think it is correct, although very much a minority usage.

Perhaps, someone thinks they have ducklings so why not piglings?
