You can also say, 'You will find more help if you go to our website.'

2) You will find more help if you go on our web site. This one is not good. The above two are a lot better and are very often used.

Both are correct. Number 1 is more formal and #2 more colloquial. The choice would depend on how formal or friendly one wants to be.
