Judge read these words:

that Vicksburg Firearms is liable for her husband's wrongful death and seeks special damages for loss of Mr. Wood's future earnings, as well as general damages, including pain and suffering. Plaintiff has exercised her right to a jury trial.

What is the meaning of "Plaintiff has exercised her right"?

I will take that one step further. Kingston, I will close any of your threads from now on, if they contain "these words", where they have been used unnecessarily and in a way that we have already explained that they should not be used.
