If I want to ask somebody to check a particular part of a video, [STRIKE]then[/STRIKE] what do I need to say? "Please check that video at 1:20 minute or 2:20 minute"?

Please check my sentences.

If you say "Please check the video at 1:20 or 2:20", the person will answer with "Which one do you want me to check? 1:20 or 2:20?"
Perhaps you meant to write "Please check the video at 1:20" or "Please check the video at 2:20".

You don't need to use the word "minute(s)" in your question.

To clarify, you would need to ask things like "Please watch this video from 1:20" or "Please fast-forward to 1:20 and tell me what the man in the yellow T-shirt says".
