Could you check my sentences.

I was very glad that I could work out a new skill which is updating the website.
Today I was supposed to update offers of properties for rent. Nuala said that they had many offers and it was necessary to tidy them up. After updating folders with offers, it was necessary to update a website as well as windows display.
There was a lot of work and Nuala and me agreed that at first I would update website and then folders with offers.
Today I was in the branch in Sligo in which there only one person is working. Tidying offers up was my first task. I had to sort them out according to prices and supplement if for some reason were missing e.g. photos of the property, the map of the journey or the description. Next I stayed alone in the office since Bill had a meeting with the customer. Answering the phones and the service of customers visiting the bureau were my task.

After that, I stayed in the office alone, because Bill had a meeting with a customer. Answering the phones and dealing with personal callers to the office were my main tasks.

MAIN NOTES: There is a contradiction in paragraphs 2 and 3. In paragraph 2, you said that you did the website and window display AFTER updating the folders. In paragraph 3, you said that you agreed with Nuala that you would update the website first and then deal with the folders. Which one was it?

I have one more piece to check.

Today I was very much upset since I had to stay alone in the office and I was afraid that I wouldn't manage myself. My irritation deepened when it turned out that I had forgotten to give offers to the customer. Fortunately I quickly controlled myself and I solved a problem. I was very satisfied, that I listened to Bill's advice and I took the No. of the phone from the customer.
