Dear teachers,

Sorry if you read this message twice from me, because i can't find the first post in the forum.

Just would like you to check the following sentence:

Employee hereinafter refers to Employee who experiences first-time employment whereby he/she has not previously registered to the Employee Provident Fund.

Please help to correct the structure and grammar.

Your help is truly valued.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :p

I think a comma after the second employee would help a little, but it would not help nearly enough. That sentence is just too confusing. I suggest that you start over from the beginning.
