Dear all,

Please help me to determine which sentence is clearer, more precise and better...

1. Assign 1st level of approval to executive to manager. OR
2. Assign personnel from manager as level 1 to approve tasks carried out by executive.

Thank you very much for your evaluation...

Assign management personnel as the first level of approval for tasks carried out by the executive.

How about this? What exactly do you mean by 'executive' here? ;-)

Hi Tdol,

Thanxx for the feedback....the purpose of this statement is to write down who has the authority to approve whom. The word "Manager" and "Executive" here is changeable...depends on the role name e.g administration manager, QA manager, IT manager, QA executive, etc...

Example, IT manager is the first level of approval for System Analyst

OK- it's just not too clear who's in charge of whom from the words themselves. ;-)
