Please tell me whether Following sentence is correct or wrong

"I hope you are not in the loop, Pl find the following information"

No, that doesn't make a lot of sense.

If you hope someone is not in the look, it is your wish, you desire, that they not be informed. While unusual, that part is not wrong.

However to immediately follow your wish for them not to be informed with the information -- therefore putting them in the loop -- doesn't make sense.

Also you join your sentences with a comma -- that's a comma splice. You need a period or some other form of punctuation.
