Please correct the following sentences

Please note that we have installed fire extinguishers in all the floors, details are as follows.
2 unit (2 water gas & 2 Co2) of fire extinguishers are provided in each floor of the building.
one 2.3Kg Carbon dioxide is being placed near the exit at Ground floor and one 3Kg Co2 is being placed in the Technical room.

As you are aware, external aluminium door at Ground floor has been closed at the instructions of Boss,so in case of any emergency, you can take the key from Mr. Kevin.
