This is in reference to your mail on the above subject.

In order to issue a stock report on monthly basis, we would require an
inventory control software to be installed in the stores. It will be more
easy to control the inventory system so that we can issue a stock reoport
as you requested.

However, we will try to issue a monthy stock report in the XL format as
before.

Also, note that we are used to giving an intimation to all concern persons
whenever issuing and adding any items from / to the stock inventory, this
procedure will be followed as usual.
