I want to send an email to all staff instructing if anyone taking out agreements from the cabinet should inform me. Please see below.

Dear all,

It has been noticed that many of the original Agreements are missing/misplaced hence, from now onwards, if anybody is pulling out the Agreements from the cabinet, please notify to me.
