Hello

She has worked there until recently.

What is the meaning of this sentence? Does it mean she is no longer working there? Why is the writer using past perfect tense "has worked"

thank you

"Has worked" is a present perfect.
It means the action (worked) happened long time ago and until the recent past.
She maybe stopped working or is still working; it depends on what the author actually meant in the context.
