Due to a lack of space in the stores, we can't cope with the current increasing project work. We need to rent an additional store immediately. Only than can we accommodate all the upcoming project items. I would like to inform you that there is a warehouse to be vacated very soon which is adjacent to our stores. If we rent this warehouse, we can easy to access same like what we are accessing from our Store No. 1 to 2. The final offer for this warehouse is $xxxxx / month.
Under the circumstances, I would request you to look into this matter and advise me

Hello Annecy!

Only then we can accommodate all the upcoming project items. I would like to inform you that there is a warehouse to be vacated very soon which is adjacent to our stores. If we rent this warehouse, we can easily [STRIKE]to[/STRIKE] access it the same way like what/how we are accessing from our Store No. 1 to 2. The final offer for this warehouse is $xxxxx / month.

At least this is what I found :)

Cheers!

we can easy to access

If you took "easy" for a verb then you should try "to facilitate" or "to enable".

...access it the same way [STRIKE]like what/how[/STRIKE]we are accessing from our Store No. 1 to 2.

I find the stricken words reduntant. Don't you normally say ? ;
I want to do it the same way I used to do.

I agree with him. You are repeating it and it is neither normal, nor correct to express it in that way. Consider his advice, he may not be a techer, nor a native speaker, but he knows the language as an experienced or if English were his mother tongue.

Thank you for your valuable time to review my post.
Due to a lack of space in the stores, we can't cope with the current increase in project work. We need to rent an additional warehouse immediately. Only then can we accommodate all the upcoming project items. I would like to inform you that there is a warehouse that will be vacated very soon and is adjacent to our stores. If we rent this warehouse, there will not be any problems for stocking items in the future. Also, we can have easy access as we are accessing from our store No. 1 to 2. I contacted the landlord and they gave the offer for this warehouse is $xxxxx / month. If we agree to this offer, we will be required to pay three months' advance payments.

Under the circumstances, I request you to look into this matter and advise me

Can I write as follows.
I would like to inform you that there is a warehouse that will be vacated very soon and is adjacent to our stores, also, this is the same owner who is the landlord for our existing rented stores. If we rent this warehouse, we will not have any problems for storing items in the future. Also, we can have easy access as we are accessing from our store No. 1 to 2.

Here is my suggestion;

I would like to inform you that the warehouse adjacent to our store will be vacant very soon and it belongs to the same person who holds the ownership of our stores. (In order) To avert any problems concerning storage capacity that we may have in the future, I suggest you to contact the landlord of the warehouse immediately.

By the way, I still can't understand the exact location of the warehouse. Is it like the below ?;

I --------- I ---------- I
I store no1 \ ...............I
I --- / --- I warehouse \
I store no2 \ ...............I
I --------- I ---------- I

or,

I --------- I
I store no1 \
I --- / --- I
I warehouse \
I --- / --- I
I store no2 \
I --------- I
