"Chances are we all will reach a certain stage in life when it is no longer possible for us to live independently"

Is the above sentence correct?

Good afternoon, bikramsingh.

(1) I think that your sentence is find from a grammatical viewpoint.

(a) I would just add "that" after "are."

(b) I put a period after "independently."

(c) I would say "we will all reach."

(2) As to the thought of your statement, I am sad to say that it reflects something very true about life.

Have a nice day!

Is it necessary to put "that" after "are" or is the sentence correct even without it?

Hi bikramsingh, "that" is optional in your sentence. You should, however, put a full stop (period) at the end as the parser pointed out.
