One of students showed me one table. The table has three columns.
What the British say..........What the British mean.............What others understand.......
1: I hear what you say.........I disagree and do not want to discuss it further......He accepts my point of view.
2: That's not bad........That's good.........That's poor.
3. I almost agree........I don't agree at all.......He's not far from agreement.
There are 15 rows like these in the table.
What I would like to ask is:
Is the table right?
Does the word "others" include American, Australian, Canadian..ect?

Two of the three examples you have given are reasonably accurate, though I have not heard 'I almost agree' used.

I have certainly had American trainees disappointed by my 'not bad', taking my praise for criticism.

Possibly a better example for agree would be I can't quite agree meaning I completely disagree.
