THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR CHECKING THIS.

Dear P. R.

This Saturday evening I got a complaint from a customer that there was a big launch brown bag dropped off in the stairwells between the first floor and the second floor. I went there to check the situation and I noticed there were also broken glasses and water falling down the stairs. I put a "caution" sign on the stairwells and called the housekeeping. Nobody came to clean the mess until I was on my shift.

Thanks for your attention regarding this situation.

Sincerely,

Helen
