It is required both our company and customer inspection with 100% packed one-off inspection as normal practice. But due to the tight schedule, we abandoned our company pre-inspection in last shipment.

As a normal practice, it is required, by both our company and customer inspection, to have a 100% packing one-off inspection all the time. However, due to the tight schedule, we procrastinated our company's pre-inspection during last shipment.

I still find the sentences hard to understand especially these terms

company and customer inspection
100% packing one-off inspection

Procrastinate is used in a negative sense. Defer/postpone might be a better word.

pre-inspection for the shipment or during the shipment (inspection at the port or while it is being shipped?)
