Hello,
I make a letter. Please check it and give me some comments.
I hope someone would be so kind to help me.

This is my letter:

I have always been interested in European legislation and the power of the written word. In the linguistic and cultural diversity of Europe, the most important aims of the Publications Office to facilitate access to the entire body of European legislation and to further enhance the transparency of the legislative process and of European policies.

During my present job at editor at Public Procurement Magazine I was introduced to the selection process of materials for publication. As editor I correct, revise, and adapt written material for publication or presentation. I also provide many related editorials that can improve final projects. I design the project pay attention to every fine detail, prepare it for the printer, ensuring that quality reaches the level of perfection.

As trainees I could help to achieve a eficient activity daily office work in order to deliver the best results, such as participating at team meetings, document handling, word processing, data searching, filing, checking texts. I can contribute to the graphic identity, providing a wide variety of creative design services, including logos, brochures, advertising, direct mail, environmental graphics, custom invitations, stationery, business cards, and promotional specialty items.
I would say that I learned the importance for perfection in publication. With my experience and specific skills I can to contribute at improving EU communication and bringing the Union closer to its citizens.
The training program at Publications Office is a wonderful educational opportunity to acquire specialised knowledge, practical experience.
