Is this correct because ms word gives it a an error?

You didn't say what Word was complaining about, but don't consider Word infallible.

I would choose something other than "immediately." It seems to conflict with your description of his behavior being "consistently exhibited."

It does not say.It only underlines it...I do not get the error here...
