why looking for some help in correcting a letter ?
you should only be short, as short as you can I mean, focus on ideas that you want to send to your boss, stay always simple, you will learn a lot of tips by that and correct yourself day after day. you can also improve your writing by reading as often as you can.

If you would like help in writing letters, post your queries in this forum for Letter Writing and someone will try to advise you.

As to correcting letters, most word-processing programs have spell and grammar checks. Which program are you using?

i would like to inform you that yesterday at 10am in production area there was a fight between two workers.i brought both persons in security room and i investigate .one of them injured so igave firstaid and send hosital .
