I would like to know differences between this 2 senetnces.

1.After watching first half match between Greece and Korea, i hardly believes Korea's leading the game.

2. After watching first half match between Greece and Korea, i hardly believes Korea leading the game.

Firstly, i would like to know 2 sentences are grammatically correct? Secondly, i put Korea's leading the game and Korea leading the game. What is the differences between these?
