It's a bit wordy, but I'd describe it as something like "Two lines intersect at right angles. The dot is on the horizontal line, and it's to the left of the intersection."

I've tried to describe the position of the dot.

I would [STRIKE]want[/STRIKE] like to know if this is right.

Can I use it in that way?

"The middle left part, the part in the middle left, the middle part of the left".

Does it make sense?

I put the image on the website.
