1-The man the murder of whom took place here was a doctor. (Instead of "whose murder")
2-The car I dented the door of is over there.
3-The car of which I dented the door is over there.
4-The man I have seen the sister of is here.
(Instead of "whose sister I have seen")

I think those sentences are grammatically correct, but they are awkward and unnatural.

Try:
1. The man who was murdered here was a doctor.
2. The car that I dented the door of is over there.
3. The car that I dented the door of is over there.
4. The man whose sister I have seen is here.

(Sentence 2 is the most natural sentence.)
