According to dictionaries, prefixes anti- and semi- are pronounced "enti" and "semi" respectively. However, at times I hear some people say them as "entai" and "simai". Is that out of question or not?
Thank you,

It's fine- a lot of American speakers use them, and some BE speakers. :D
