My question/doubt: In the above mentioned sentence what would be the right preposition to use "...ship this product to or in India ?" ?

(1) If you are in India and talking on the telephone to someone in the United States, for example, you would probably ask: How long will it take to ship the product TO India?

(2) If that American on the telephone is asking you to send a product from New Delhi to Mumbai, for example, he might ask: How long does it take to ship a product WITHIN India?
