present pefect progressive with 'just'

Hi,

A teacher of mine - she was not a native speaker of English - said that we can't use 'just' with the present perfect progressive tense when it is used to say that you/somebody did something very recently. However, I've come across it used with that tense in Oxford Dictionary:

She has just been telling us about her trip to Rome.

Could you please tell me if we can use 'just' with the present perfect progressive or not.

The quoted text would be natural in a situation where someone walked into a room, interrupting someone telling her friends about her trip.

It's common and natural to use just with present perfect progressive.
