Hello,

Can we use the Present Perfect and the Past Simple interchangeably, here please?

“Pleasefind attached the updated version of our document:


- we have made a modification in the first chapter,

-we have looked at your information but these assumptions were not the same as the previous forecast,

-we have calculated the amortisation,
-we have included the new recruitment."

In this case, yes. They are recent and relevent to the current sutation, making present perfect okay, but they are completed actions in the past, making simple past okay.
