Present Perfect questions..

I have questions about present perfect and present perfect continuous.

It has been raining, so the ground is wet.
It has rained, so the ground is wet.

Is this both sentences are ok? Also, What about next sentences?

He has been running, so he's out of breath.
He has ran, so he's out of breath.

Do those above sentences have the same meaning? If not, tell me
what's the difference.

They're correct, though in both examples the present perfect continuous form sounds better because we tend to use it when there is present evidence of a recent action. BTW, it should be 'he has run'. ;-)
