Is the following sentence correct? If so, could you tell me how the present perfect tense can be connected to the future tense?

Thank you!

Larry will call Sue after he has spokend his mom.

p.s.: He will call me in about three hours time.
(Is this correct? ... Is it OK to use the word time at the end?)

Larry will call Sue after he has spoken to his mom.
The tenses are fine.

He will call me in about three hours' time.
Don't forget the possessive (apostrophe).
