Could the present perfect be used more than once in a sentence? Is the following correct?
ex: Have you seen the package you've received?

I don't know the answer to your question, and I don't want to make any generalizations, but I think the example you gave should read:

"Have you seen the pacakge you received."

Not a teacher.

I don't see anything wrong about using the p.p. twice in one sentence.
You could say, bleeding, to a person on a street:
Have you seen the man who has done this to me?

I am not a teacher.

I don't see anything wrong about using the p.p. twice in one sentence.
You could say, bleeding, to a person on a street:
Have you seen the man who has done this to me?

I am not a teacher.
Both the above sentences would be better/more natural if the second part was in simple past. "...you received" and "...who did this..." That is not to say that they are incorrect with present perfect.
