Hello,

Sometimes the Present Perfect is a little confusing to or for (?) me.

Can you help me please?

My baby has started (started?) talking. Since last week-end, he says/has said/can say/he has been able to say "dad".

Thanks a lot.

I would suggest: "My baby has started talking, since last week-end he has been able to say "dad"." "To" or "for" are both OK.
