teacher, is this sentence correct?

I received a call from Mary yesterday informing me that she has moved to a new address and her new address is XXXXXXX and there is no change in her telephone number.

Teacher, thank you. Can I change and say this:

I have been informed by Mary that she has moved to a new address, XXXX; there is no change in her telephone number.

Mary has informed me that she has moved to a new address, XXX.
