[Grammar] PRESENT TENSE

Hi dear Teacher, I've got the folloiwng doubt. I'm working on an online english test, and my present grammar lesson give all about tenses. one questions as follow says: (WALK) is a present tense (PLURAL OR SINGULAR) VERB FORM. I understand that on the third person it cheanges like he walks. and there are several questions with the verb in the inifitive form. and the text itself syas the verb in present tense usually have a singular and a plural form, so besides the third person how I am suppose to know when the verb is singular or plural ?

Apart from the third person singular form, the form of the verb in the the present simple is the same for all persons. There seems to me little point is saying that it's a singularr form when it follow 'I' and a plural form when it follows 'we'.
