Public Verb is as I understand; a verb whose meaning includes or implies the idea of 'speaking', taking that-clause expressing a factual proposition; contrasted with a private verb.

Examples: affirm, announce, boast, confirm, declare

Are they all correct?

When confined to "speaking", they are sometimes called discourse public verbs. Your list is good. Here are many others:
