- Purchasing goods and services.
- Purchase of goods and services.
- Goods and services purchase.

In a sentence like the following:

... from the company could be cost efficient since it offers high quality products and services in return for low prices.

That's only part of a sentence.

In a sentence like the following:

See above. I'd leave out "in return" though.

Perhaps you mean something like:

Purchasing [] from Picosoft could lead to (significant) savings since they offer a high-quality product at low prices.
