Query re apostrophe usage

Hello,

I am writing signage and want to check I am using the right apostrophe
placement for a possessive noun listing?

Which of these is correct

a) Men's toilets

or

b) Mens' toilets

I have written the following for the Ladies toilets which I think is correct
Ladies' toilets

But I don't think they have the same placement as men is plural.
