hi!!
i´m a new member, and i´d like to ask: what´s the difference between the use of the personal pronouns "I" and "me"?
for example, can we say: my brother and I?- or -my brother and me?
which one is correct?
or can we use both according to a certain context?
please help me
kind regards
isle.

It depends on the context:

My brother and I tried to ... [subject]
It is is generally not considered polite to put yourself first [I and my brother...]

Our parents gave my brother and me [object] some money.
That dog belongs to my brother and me[object].

Also "I and my brother went to a good school" is correct, but rather formal.
Whereas "My brother and me went to a good school" is less formal, more everyday.:-D
