dear teacher!Im studying english as a foreign language and I need a mentor.I do nothave access to any good institute or any good teacher.any english class is also out of question now.please tell me:Is self studying enough to improve while there is no speaking ?if not please tell me what to do?:-(

Yes, self-study can be done. There are posters in the forums whose English has noticeably improved and who are not at a college. You need to be committed and persistent, and make sure you use as many of the tools available on the site as you can.
